Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

My partner and I ate at On Fire today and as usual, it did not disappoint! The place is clean and we are always greeted with a genuine smile from our server. She is intuitive and quick to know what we might need. I know the menu is Latin but they have the best California Burger!!! The fries are well seasoned! Cooked exactly as I requested. I took half my meal home the burger is so big.

That burrito was easily one of the top five worst burritos I’ve had in my lifetime. The fact that it was almost $20 by itself made the experience even more diabolical. The stale, cold Tostitos chips and average salsa couldn’t distract from the sorry excuse for a burrito sitting in front of me. Even the waiter suggested I dip it in salsa to save it. I genuinely spent half the day debating whether I should keep my opinion to myself. In the end, I left confused and feeling ripped off.
