I was so immensely thrilled to find Kristi and One More Bite Organic when we were planning our daughter’s destination wedding. With several nut and gluten allergies on the guest list I wanted to make sure each guest felt valued and safely cared for. From the start Kristi assured me with her friendly professionalism, explaining how her business got started because of her own need to find quality, safe desserts for her own family. She understands food allergies and the importance of quality control in her kitchen. But not only are the desserts safe they are absolutely delicious and the guests at both our rehearsal dinner and wedding were exclaiming over how yummy they were! We especially loved the Snickerdoodle Carmel Blondie! Wow! And the Double Chocolate Raspberry cakes she made for the wedding were a beautiful presentation with fresh raspberries and drizzled chocolate. So good! Our 1st birthday boy loved his blueberry banana bread mini bundt cake for breakfast and vegan chocolate cake for dessert! He has many food allergies, so I was grateful to find someone who understood and knew he would be safe eating his treats.

Kristi's creations are fabulous! I love the dessert bars and breakfast breads....and they freeze beautifully to keep on hand for guests., We are very blessed to have her in our Esplanade Lake Club community. She is always responsive and accommodating, even with last minute requests! Highly recommend trying her delicious products.
