Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as ramen — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

The Ramen is top 5 I’ve ever had. BUT do not forget to order the Fried Chicken Thigh! Pairs so well just dipping it in your soup. Just to set expectations, it’s small, you bus your own food, and it might not look like it but there is a restroom.

Cozy noodle shop. We had Ramen bowls. I added veggies to mine my son added seaweed. We each had the Japanese IPA. The bowls were bountiful, very well spiced, lots of garlic. Very satisfying on what would become a snowy day in Seattle. Thanks again!
