Folks running it are nice enough, but the last two times we have tried it, the orders aren't right. The first time they forgot the rice and we didn't notice until we got home. The owner offered to bring it all the way to our house, but we declined. Should have been in the bag from the beginning. The second one, my wife ordered veggie Pad Thai. We are still unsure what the item in the picture is, but we are assuming it's egg. Very unpleasant. Not sure if we'll be back. I understand prices going up, but the quality should not go down.

SOOO GOOD!! We had the Drunken Noodles and Pad See Ew and both were amazing!! Also had the Crispy Spring rolls to start! Delicious! To finish we got the Mango Sticky rice and it was excellent!! I wish I would have taken more pictures but it was so good! I remembered to take one of the Mango Sticky Rice after I already took a bite though haha! Also Ting whom I believe is the owner was so nice! Great service, very sweet lady! Recommend 5 stars!

We have been deprived of access to Thai food over the past 10 months temporarily living in rural south central Texas. What a pleasant surprises to find this little gem of a food truck during our one night stay while passing through Carthage on our way back up north. The food was very good and the service friendly. Ordered the pad see ew and drunken noodles. Their spice levels range from 1 to 10 and are legitimately on the heavy handed side. Order one or two notches down from where you think you want to be. 8.6/10 overall.
