Organic Bliss

I ordered a carrot cake from Organic Bliss, and it was absolutely perfect! The cream cheese frosting was rich and smooth, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful.(probably one of the best carrot cakes that I have ever had and Ive tried many from different bakeries and states)The colors were beautiful—simple, yet elegant and it was exactly what I wanted for my toddler’s birthday. Everything turned out wonderfully, and I couldn’t have asked for a better cake. Highly recommend if you want something delicious, organic, and kid-friendly!

We were so happy to find a dedicated gluten free bakery in Sylvania, Ohio just outside Toledo. Organic Bliss is located just a few minutes off the northwest part of the 475 freeway, so it is an easy stop to pick up some goodies or lunch. All baked goods are gluten free! The deli menu includes hot and cold sandwiches, wraps, salads, smoothies, and sides all of which can be made gluten free. Our sandwiches and the baked goods we took home were delicious! There is no indoor dining, however there are tables outside on the patio area if weather permits. Visit, enjoy the food, and give support to a real GF shop.

While a few of their baked goods are very good most are very dry and are not fresh from same day. My biggest problem however, is the owner. The guy is miserable … I’ve seen and heard him be downright awful to his employees and I don’t want to support someone like that. He’s never smiling never welcomes the customers, and it makes sense why the turnover is so high. The guy is something else. I feel for his staff. Side note, be cautious ordering birthday cakes from here. Had one prior and it was genuinely inedible.
