Had a fun time at Osaki in Hays for lunch! Nice big restaurant with ambient lighting and a very fresh menu. We have the chicken teriyaki bento and the hibachi chicken lunch with soup on the side. This was my first time having a bento presentation and it was super fun and enjoyable with fresh ginger and wasabi paste. I also tried yum yum sauce for the first time. It was a nice sweet flavor. I also tried the strawberry soda which was very good. Our server was very nice and attentive and we will definitely go again! They have an ample parking as well. Edit: We really love this place. The Gyoza soup is great and we love the Mochi and their Sushi. Added more photos! The edamame appetizer is good too.

Need to update hours of operation was closed says only open from 4:00 pm to 9:30 So I went back the next day after 4pm and was seated right away tried the dragon fly roll and the lobster tempura roll and had the new York strip steak. Everything came out great food was delicious and phenomenal! Probably was one of the best sushi places I've ever visited staff was friendly and attentive the prices are very reasonable this is a must stop place if you're in or around dodge city KS. Don't know why there are bad reviews here I would maybe try again cuz this was a great experience for me

Driving by you might not think this is going to be good place to eat in such small town but I am glad I decided to try it. Their sushi is amazing, staff is super polite, overall just great experience. This restaurant is well worth a visit.
