I don’t know what’s better, the food, the service, or atmosphere…they’re all so great! The food here is therapeutic, not even kidding. You may even experience a few tears of joy 🥲 so be ready. Make sure you try the Tonkotsu Black Garlic Lovers (get it spicy 🌶️), the Otsuka Bun, and for dessert, get the Mochi (try all of flavors). Otsuka is by far my favorite Ramen restaurant, me and my children are regulars. The wait staff are amazing, they are very caring and will do everything to ensure you are taken care of during your dining experience. I came here before I had a major surgery and one of the waitresses noticed how sickly I looked. She showed me great concern and wanted to make sure I was okay. After surgery and healing I came back to my favorite restaurant and she was happy to see me and remembered my surgery. She checked on me to see how I was doing and was happy to see my health improved. Pretty much the wait staff care and they remember their customers. Ramen is amazing by the way.

My lady and I have been coming here for a good while. We come here ONLY for the ramen. They have other items here so but I can't comment since I've yet to try. Love their ramen noodles. I always add extra chashu and bok choy to my ramen. Their garlic lover ramen has hella garlic. Service is spotty. Sometime we get exceptionally great service, other days we get mediocre service. Perhaps it depends on day and time of day. Atmosphere is pleasant. They could use a good cleaning though. A lot of dust seems to have been collected on their light fixtures. All in all, food is exquisite. With a little positive and constructive criticism, I think and know they can get to a solid 5 star rating.
