Ovation Bistro & Bar in Winter Haven is a wonderful place to enjoy a relaxed, satisfying meal. The service was excellent from start to finish—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which really elevated the experience. The salads were spectacular: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The meats, while cooked well, were a bit on the bland side and could have used a little more seasoning or depth of flavor. But the meal ended on a high note with their carrot cake, which was absolutely perfect—moist, rich, and full of delicious spice without being overly sweet. Overall, a great dining experience with standout service and amazing salads, with just a little room for improvement on the entrées. Would happily return!

My 1st time at Ovation Bistro & Bar. Very nice set up. Patrick was our server. Very helpful gave us some suggestions on what to order. I really enjoyed the Guinness Beer cheese it was my favorite and the pretzels was very soft. So ono (delicious). The pineapple passion was excellent. Mahalo nui loa (Thank you so much) for the wonderful customer service. And Mahalo (Thank you) to the staff and crew in the Kitchen. Best grindz ever. I will bring my family from Hawai'i here when they come to visit and tell my new friends here in Winter Haven to come on over and enjoy the wonderful food and customer service. A hui hou (until we meet again).

Everything was great. Jason was an amazing amazing waiter. All the suggestions were perfect. Love his service and specially his sense of humor. Great place and environment. We’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks
