Outstanding Italian food!! The owners put so much care into the preparation of the ingredients (14hrs for their marinara sauce!). And the cheese on the pizza had me in disbelief that it was vegan - they source it all the way from Brooklyn and it is so stringy! We ordered two pizzas and and combo appetizer plate and it was all so good I forgot to take proper photos of everything - the 'meat' has so much flavor and texture, really amazing. P.A.R.M Italia is attached to BEG bakery so we combined the meal with incredible desserts. The brownie Sundae (with macadamia nut ice cream) might just be one of the best things I've ever tasted! Has my family wishing we lived in Phoenix so we could go here more often. A must try if you are in the area - especially if you are vegan/lactose intolerant/gluten free, but even if not, those without such dietary restrictions in my family couldn't get enough of it!

So I talked with the owner and let him know I come from the east coast so I was excited to try everything on his menu basically. He wanted my honest option on everything. I went with the meatless meatball sub and my wife got the house special pizza. So basically the Meatless sub is the best sub I’ve ever had. It’s that good. Wow! Just wow! Check their hours and go there right now. They’ve just opened in the parking lot at BEG bakery. I got Eggplant Parmesan, which came with a pasta salad, a brownie, and a drink for $20! You can’t beat that. The food was outstanding. The service was even better. The owners told us they need business to make it because the summer is very slow. So please, give them your 20 bucks.
