There was a hair in my food. I asked for a new bowl and they didn’t know i meant a whole new one or just the top scrapped off. This behavior is a clear violation and misunderstanding of health code regulations. There were chunks of frozen chia “pudding” in my bowl. They say it’s fresh but clearly not. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The vibes of this place are terrible and pretentious. Don’t come here. Very disappointed.

Such a great experience! I wasn’t sure which smoothie to get, and they were so helpful and friendly and let me try samples so I could decide. The smoothie was sooooo good, I will definitely be back.
