My husband and I visited for the first time about 2 weeks ago. We live out of town and are planning another trip just to come back. We had the chili cheese fries, I ordered the trash burger, add pickles. Was phenomenal. Had to eat with a knife and fork. Beetroot ketchup is a delightful surprise. He had the gyro (had previously seen a Reuben on the menu and was planning for that, but we missed it, hope they bring it back). He loved the gyro and pasta salad. We only have one (very new) all vegan restaurant where we live so we enjoy exploring other cities and their options. This is a new favorite. Will be back very soon!

Great Energy, Great Food, Great people. I have not had a dish here that disappoints and it's so good. It satisfies all my old cravings I couldn't eat before switching to following a vegan lifestyle change for health reasons. Anita is an amazing human and super knowledgeable with suggestions. Robin the owner is sweet and hard working and just enjoys seeing people smile when they are at Panacea. The staff is bubbly and fun from FOH to BOH. ❤ Some photos of my adventures are attached. A great # of vegan options even after the menu update! Nice ambiance inside and outside! Plant-based Brownie is delicious and those must be the best cauliflower wings we ever had
