Ordered ahead via their website - everything went smoothly and my order was ready to go even though I arrived a few minutes before the requested pick-up time.

They completely messed up my pizza that is supposed to have a garlic olive oil sauce. Instead it came with red sauce. Upon calling and saying something about this to the manager, Amanda, told she could make a new one the ‘right’ way but that I would have to drive all the way across Fond du lac to come pick it up. I have 2 young sons at home preparing for school in the morning, and this was handled in a very unprofessional manner. I am not running across town to pick up a pizza they messed up. Very disappointed especially with the leader ship (Amanda) and won’t be back again as I I usually order from this place and it is the ‘right pizza’, not one poorly made and definitely has never been made this way before. I even asked for extra garlic and olive oil, and it says so right on my receipt. Truly saddening for this company to not accommodate and hires people like ‘Amanda.’ She has no customer skills or respect. Pray they turn this around. And to think I paid $18 for the said messed up pizza. I had to throw it all out. And based on the reviews below it is evident numerous people have had issues as well.
