Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

★ Skip it. Not worth the napkin. ★★ Only if desperate. Starving, lost, or snowing sideways. ★★★ Forgettable. Safe bar food, like warm socks from a bargain bin. ★★★★ Worth returning. Solid, dependable, no regrets. ★★★★★ The reason you go. Crave-worthy, intentional, makes you pause—how did they make that? Paradise Grill is tucked-away spot inside the west side mall, easy to miss but worth remembering. The food is solid, and it’s a place I circle back to now and then when I want a change of pace. The menu covers a lot of ground, and most of it is done well. Burgers, Cubans, brisket, Philly cheesesteaks, even a simple BLT all come out decent and satisfying. Nothing tries too hard, and that works in its favor. One thing that does stand out is the beer selection, which is surprisingly good considering the size of the place. Is it the destination spot? No. Is it better than everywhere else? Also no. But that’s not the point. Paradise Grill is reliable, easy, and delivers what you expect. It lands comfortably at four stars. Worth returning, solid choice, dependable, no regrets.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was something special. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between cozy and elegant, with attention to detail in every corner. The staff went above and beyond—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling intrusive. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and real passion. Each bite felt like it was carefully thought out and executed to perfection. Even the small touches—freshly baked bread, creative cocktails, and a well-curated dessert menu—made the experience unforgettable. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. I left not only satisfied but already excited to come back. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended! I’ve never had anyone serve me the way Trevin has served me my experience will forever be remembered he is also super handsome

Overall I enjoyed this restaurant & it is perfect for a college town. I loved the vibe, I really dig the kitschy unique decor. The staff was excellent when I was there- helpful, friendly, and I got my food in a reasonable time frame (it was pretty empty at the time, so depending on crowds might affect this). As far as the food, the portions are HUGE (like, a ton of fries and we could have easily split the turkey sandwich we ordered!). The fried pickles with ranch were enjoyed by everyone. My kids also loved the turkey sandwich and the cheeseburger . I had a patty melt and onion rings. Loved the onion rings (crispy and perfect), but the patty melt was a bit greasy. Honestly, that was our main food gripe was just how greasy everything was, the paper sheets in the food baskets had to be peeled out to put in the trash because of how oily they were. I get that fried foods/burgers are greasy fare, but this was a bit much. They also have smoothies which my kid enjoyed as well as a bar area that I didn't have the opportunity to try. Another plus was that there is plenty of parking as well as vegetarian options.
