Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Date Night We were eager to try out the new Paris Banh Mi - Lincoln by 16th and Pine Lake! I knew what I was gonna get, my husband would've basically ordered one of everything if he could 🙃. First Drinks- he got a Peach Black Tea w/ Tapioca Boba, me a Plain Black Tea. We both really enjoyed them, there's about a bajillion to choose from! An order of Vegetarian Spring Rolls for me, made with Soy Curls, lettuce, glass noodles, etc. They were good but I was really missing actual veggies. Peanut Sauce was Amazing! Next the über trendy Korean Corn Dog. I went with a Potato Dog filled with Mozzarella Cheese. This was stupid good. Seasoned on the outside and gooey on the inside. Got a side of Spicy Mayo which I ended up giving to my husband cuz I'm a baby. Used the Sweet Chili sauce from the free condiments instead. He ordered the Chicken Curry with a Rice accompaniment. More soup-like than a thicker curry but he wasn't complaining. Totally his thing, loved it but said he'd probably get the bread as a side next time. We each also chose a Bánh Mì. He the Korean Beef Bulgogi, very good. Me the Vegetarian, strong lemon flavor cuz the soy is marinated in lemongrass, perfect for my taste buds! Lastly we made several circles around the Bakery/Dessert cases like a couple of vultures. My husband decided on a Pineapple Cheesecake which honestly had barely any flavor. I got a Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant which I'm assuming was discounted cuz we were there just before closing. I totally loved it! Food came out as it was done. We were checked on several times. Staff was incredibly friendly and engaging and pleasantly answered my multitude of questions. Cindy in particular was especially helpful! Nice range of menu items for everyone! What a wonderful visit to one of our new favorite spots. The food is delicious. We found items that our kids liked too. The chocolate croissants was flaky, buttery, and had amazing texture. We had a bubble waffle that was crispy, yet light and fluffy at the same time. The bulgogi rice bowl was well seasoned and the vegetables game it a light, refreshing feel.

Food: The food is delicious! We loved the Korean beef bulgogi vermicelli bowl and the bulgogi skillet! The meat was tender and flavorful. The macarons are great, and the jasmine tea is amazing. We have enjoyed all the pastries and desserts we have tried. The chocolate chip cookies are out of this world! Service: Employees are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful! Atmosphere: The restaurant is very cute and fun and has pretty furniture and tasteful music. It is clean and well maintained.
