Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We went for my daughter’s 19th birthday and had a party of 8! We made reservations and were seated right away! The entire experience was amazing! Our waitress was just amazing, she explained everything on the menu, and answered all the questions! She even asked if anyone had food allergies, which we did, and she highlighted everything on the menu that individual could have. Not just the waitress but all the staff was super attentive, and were constantly making sure our table was cleared after each item they brought and we ate. The pasta of course was delicious and we all left there stuffed and extremely happy!

An incredible dining experience, this is my second time visiting and it's one of my favorite pasta places around! Everything is made from scratch including all of the pastas and sauces. Even the bread is baked in their bakery. On top of great food, the family run establishment has wonderful service. It's not a surprise the place is often busy and has been around for years! We will definitely be back as it's one of our favorites. If you try that campanelle, make sure and add a side of pesto, as they suggested ;) it's a home run! You also can't go wrong with the spicy bolognese (bolo) with the fettuccine. Delicious!

Basically, this trip ended up being filled with awkward disappointments. It’s hard to feel good about the experience when you walk in and are immediately directed to use an app to place your order. It feels impersonal and transactional. The server barely engaged with us beyond pointing us toward the digital system, which made the whole experience feel cold and disconnected. On top of that, the one item we specifically came for — the duck bacon flatbread — wasn’t listed on the menu. The food itself was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. What makes a restaurant memorable isn’t just the food — it’s the hospitality. Here, that element felt stripped away. The dishes were simply dropped off with minimal interaction. It felt more like a system than an experience. For a place that many people consider a destination, the atmosphere and service didn’t match that reputation. Waiting to leave, you might as well go the the counter to get a to go box. You’ll wait for a while otherwise. The wicked meatball sub was the best part of what we ordered.
