Decided to try and new eatery monthly and picked this spot today. My husband had a salad with added salmon and I had fire roasted salmon with mashed potatoes. Everything was perfect with amazing flavor. We sat outside and enjoyed the overcast weather. I also had a drink which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot. Placed perfectly in Traditions with other shopping around.

I visited Pastaio and had a really great experience overall. The staff were very attentive, kind, and professional, which made the visit enjoyable from the start. The pizza was delicious and along with the bottled beer, and bread they served! My only concern was the price — the small pizza felt a bit too expensive for what it was $20.00. While I was there, I also overheard another customer ordering two pizzas and her total was around $45, which seemed pretty high. That said, the quality of the food is definitely there, so I’d say this place is worth trying when your budget allows. Despite the prices, I genuinely enjoyed my time here and appreciated the excellent service & really delicious Pizza. 10' Cauliflower Blondie Pizza!

My wife and I moved to PSL Aug 2024 and made a list of places to try as we would see things. I am a huge Italian food lover, grew up in an Italian household and Pastaio has by far surpassed what I expected! We sat at the bar, the ambiance in the restaurant was down to earth and has fun decor not what you would expect from an Italian place. The bartender Troy was amazing, he was quick and knew what he was doing. The service was great, the food even better! We met the owner Joanna, who was helping in all areas as a true hands on not afraid to step in owner/manager should. She was so sweet and thanked us multiple times for coming in and even joked about it now being our new favorite spot.. little does she know we can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu! We haven’t had much luck with finding places we actually enjoyed but Pastaio is 100% going to be one of our new frequent places to visit and to recommend to our family and friends! Just when we started losing hope in finding great places coming from West Palm Beach where you can find a place to eat every 5 mins, we are so glad we stepped out and tried Pastaio and our food adventures have been restored!
