This food was certainly cooked with love. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Meal with an extra side of mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes on the menu is what made me give them a try. I love mashed potatoes & I’ve never seen them offered at a Caribbean restaurant. The chicken was moist and tender with a hint of a citrus flavor. The cabbage was also presented with colorful flare & flavor. James Caribbean Kitchen not only fills your stomach… it chef kisses your soul too.
