It was just the two of us on Thanksgiving this year, so we ordered online on Wednesday to be picked up Thursday afternoon. The individual turkey dinners we received were perfect and delicious, with very generous portions! They were ready on time and pickup at the restaurant was easy. We couldn't have asked for a nicer Thanksgiving dinner...and I didn't have to spend hours cooking or cleaning up afterwards! Thanks to the Perkins employees who worked on the holiday and helped make ours so enjoyable!

We ordered online spending close to $100. When the order arrived it was missing 70% of the food. Called the restaurant and they offered no solutions. The assistant manager Nate was absolutely no help. Blamed everything on their system and didnt own anything. Told us there is nothing he can do and that we will have to call back Monday when the General Manager is working. You can take our money on the weekend but you can't offer any solutions at all when you mess up? Assistant Managers can't give a refund so everyone has to wait? Horrendous experience. It's your product and you have to own it!
