Absolutely awful. They claim new management at this location…yikes! They should go back to training. I came in and ordered food with my family. 1/4 of the way eating I pulled a piece of hair out of the middle of my omelette (so basically it was cooked in the food) which is absolutely disgusting. Like don’t they wear hair nets back there? I immediately spit my food out and had to throw up. When I finally got the server she went to get her manager who took forever to come out the back. She decided she was going to take some money off the bill. Not acceptable because I didn’t finish my food and sent everything back. I did not want any of it nor for it to be remade because unfortunately my appetite was ruined and after throwing up you don’t want to eat. And what makes it worse I hadn’t eaten all day and was looking forward to coming here. I told them at checkout that I was fine paying for my son’s food but not most of mine. They still didn’t care and took $12 off. I still ended up paying for both which was $30. Crazy because my sons food was only $5. But it’s fine, I wasn’t going to give them the argument they wanted. I will never come back AND I’ve already disputed the transaction with my bank who has sided with me. Do better next time. It’s disgusting to have have hair cooked into your food. Make things right and maybe you’ll get better reviews and undisputed transactions. Oh and to add insult to injury the food wasn’t even hot, lukewarm at best AND they were out of items. Avoid this place like the plague.

The women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. You could literally see women products in the trashcan that was overflowing, and there was a toilet paper outside of the bathroom between the men’s and women’s bathroom there wasn’t a lot of people, but there was one person that wasn’t very good at her job, but she mainly had to come back to our table 3 times because she forgot something and it took a really long time for us to even get our first order even in and it took a while for our food to get over to us. I’d highly recommend not to go there ever again.Been a change a lot of things and they need to also get more people to get hired in that place

Tonight my family and I went to dinner around 430pm it wasnt very busy and we haven't been there in a long time as the last time we didn't have the best experience. However tonight we had a great experience. The best round of food we have ever had there. The burgers were cooked perfectly, they were juicy. My fiance and I both agree that since the last time we were there things have definitely improved. Cleaner all around, great service as we never had to search for her, the food came out very quickly and perfectly cooked.. Great Job definitely will be going back.
