Our server Veronica R was amazing, she made sure everything was great, very attentive and make sure the customers are having a great time. The food was hot and delicious. Their hot tea is the bees knees. We will definitely be stopping by again, one of the best Perkins out there!

They are awesome, we normally go on Saturday evenings. Janine is very nice, always aware of who might need what, as well as making sure the food is what you expected. She is always making sure that everything is picked up and taken care of and where it belongs. Heath is normally there on Fridays, and he is in kitchen, helping the servers as needed, and reaching out if anybody needs anything. He also is very much aware of how the atmosphere is clean, and welcoming. I love this atmosphere, there are not many places that make you feel like we’re friends and important to them.

The Monticello location is wonderful! I stopped in for breakfast and some quiet reading, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff at the front desk greeted me warmly and seated me right away. My server was excellent—attentive, discreet, and kept my drinks full while I enjoyed my book (ear plugs in for extra focus). I wish I had caught her name—she did a fantastic job. I had a coffee and a $5.99 breakfast around 10 a.m., and everything was perfect. When I left, the lady who checked me out was friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back—such a pleasant experience!
