Perkins American Food Co.

It's tough to give this place a positive review simply because I remember when it opened and the service was great. Ever since then it's really gone downhill. I'm not sure if it's staffing issues or management. This will probably be the last time I come to Perkins until issues are fixed. We waited for almost an hour for our food. Our server only came to us 2 times. Once for our drinks and then to drop our appetizer not even our actual entree. Last minute we noticed that our server was scolding an employee with a disability. I expect better from Perkins....

This place is just great. My server Cathy was amazing. She always has a kind heart when I come in and has great customer service.

Our server Kristi did an amazing job serving us! She was very friendly, accommodating, and prompt! Thanks Kristi!! On another note, the red-headed manger was not impressive! She corrected Kristi from across the way, loudly, while Kristi was at our table. I also saw the red-head, chewing out the lady at the register while she was cashing someone out. I hope that that manager is replaced promptly!!
