Five stars all the way! Heather Johnson at the Perkins in Owatonna, MN is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve had. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, and Heather kept our drinks full without ever being overbearing. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. She made the whole experience welcoming and enjoyable. If you’re eating at this Perkins, ask for Heather—you won’t be disappointed!

We stopped in here during our 7 hr road trip and it was packed. Our visit was at 11am, the tables were getting full as fast as they were leaving and we had no wait time. Our waitress had a few big tables, so our drinks did go dry. Wait time between drinks, ordering, brunch/lunch, dessert then checkout. Lots of employees working. It looks like they are busy from the time they open until close. Our waitress was super friendly, did her job well during the rush. Food is delicious. Breakfast is good no matter the time of day, so that was a winner. Reasonable prices. Great job!

We had the great opportunity to meet one of the most polite, caring, courteous, friendly, waitresses ever, I’m not sure how we got so lucky to get Heather as our waitress but I am so glad we did. She checked on us frequently. She made sure if we needed refills with our drinks or if we needed anything she was there right away quickly she never messed up on our food She made sure that everything that we wanted was to our expectations and then some this young woman deserves some recognition for the great work that she has done and that she continues to do. This young lady has a great head on her shoulders has more manners and is very polite than a lot of people in this type of job. She always had a smile on her face that was very contagious. Everybody smiled when we knew she was coming to us. We seen her smiling it’s just a contagious thing and it’s a great feeling.She’s a five star waitress, hands-down!!
