Today I was in Prescott and decided to search for a Vietnamese restaurant. I was surprised to see that there are actually two Vietnamese restaurants now. Pho Cafe had very good ratings, so I decided to give it a try. The food was delicious and very cleanly presented. The spring rolls were fresh, and the peanut sauce was excellent, served warm like it had just been freshly made, and you can really taste that it’s made with real peanuts. The phở was flavorful but still light and balanced, not overly salty like many other places. The saté was very fragrant with lots of lemongrass. People working here are very nice and attentive. I’m really happy to see a quality family-owned Vietnamese restaurant in Prescott.

Really great Pho! I had the steak and shrimp dish, it was excellent. The broth was perfection. The service was awesome, very friendly and fast. They make (and sell) their own chili sauce too.

Tried Pho Cafe for the first time and we were not disappointed. Had the steak and meatball pho and shrimp bun noodle bowl. Both were excellent: soup broth was fantastic--rich and flavorful, but not heavy, very clean and clear, with the right amount of salt. Steak was very tender and sliced paper thin. Noodle bowl sauce is not too sweet and the shrimp were grilled perfectly. They have a good selection of iced teas and coffee drinks as well. Definitely coming back!
