I found out about Pho Hoa through socials, and this is their newest location in the OC. When the pho cravings hit recently, I decided to drop in for a meal. Looking over the menus, there were plenty of classic Vietnamese food options, including some unique dishes and soups, but I stuck to the lunch special menu. The drinks looked amazing, but I will try one next time. I ordered the Steak and Brisket Pho lunch and one Summer Roll. As expected, you get a side dish with veggies to add to the pho bowl, which came out pretty quickly and steaming hot. The broth was light yet flavorful and satisfying. The Summer Roll is a classic item that was tasty with the peanut dipping sauce. The dining area is spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating. The decor is bright and modern. The staff was kind and attentive throughout the service. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I hope to dine in again soon.
