Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Pho Kayah has the best pho. The broth tastes really good and full of flavor. The noodles are soft, and the meat is fresh and tender. Every bowl is warm and comforting. Their milk tea is also very good. It is smooth, creamy, and not too sweet. Pho Kayah is a great place to eat, and I would highly recommend it.

Their spice scale is way off, medium was closer to spicy in my opinion. Lo mein tasted good, just way way too spicy for a medium. Gave me gut rot and broke out sweating. The fried rice was very bland except for a slight cucumber taste. I don’t really recommend, I would rather make the trip to Rochester

Me and my boyfriend come here all the time! It is a favorite of ours for their pho, pad Thai, and fried rice. Workers are always nice and have speedy service. Occasionally they run out of things to make certain dishes near the end of the night, but I feel much better knowing that their meals are all made fresh that day and nothings cheap/microwaveable it is amazing there 10/10 recommend
