Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Great customer service. I appreciate the quality of the food. Their tofu vermicelli is what I always crave! I don’t eat out much, but when I do, I’m always craving this!! Worth every penny! Thank you Pho Quan and thank you Mike!

The writing on the wall said, "The food here is perfect." Literally... It's in the men's bathroom. This statement is 100% true. Easily the best Vietnamese food I have ever had! Bo bahn hui was out of this world perfectly combining lemongrass, spicy (which you can choose), sour... So good! The bahn mi fries were delicious, inspired, and inventive combining the fresh flavors of a bahn mi with the comfort of French fries. Service was warm, friendly, and helpful providing excellent recommendations. This is a true gem of a restaurant serving food cooked with love and precision! We can't wait to come back!

Some of the best food in the area, and certainly the best pho. House specialties are their pho and their cheesecake. I’m also partial to the spring rolls and luc lac (shaking beef). You’re in about $20 a person if you get drinks or rolls with your food, but the value is there - high quality and generous portions.
