Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Pho Que 91 is officially my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was absolutely outstanding — a rich, aromatic broth with deep, slow-simmered flavor, perfectly cooked noodles, and tender meat that came together beautifully in every bite. Different places prepare pho in their own style, but this one truly hit the perfect balance. The broth had depth without being overly salty, the seasoning was spot on, and the overall harmony of flavors was exactly what great pho should be — comforting, clean, and incredibly satisfying. I’ll definitely be going back again. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese pho that truly delivers, Pho Que 91 is the place to go.

Absolutely DELICIOUS! The depth of flavor in the oxtail and brisket pho was outstanding. I could drink the broth by the gallon! Don't sleep on the fried rice either. Can't wait to go back, and I'll be telling literally anyone who will listen about this place.

Don't understand the great reviews here. Wholly unimpressed with this place, which pales in comparison to established Mills 50 area Vietnamese restaurants. The pho wasn't bad, but certainly not the best I've had for the same price. Service seems a bit disorganized. Seating is limited, counter ordering, water dispenser machine with Styrofoam cups, decor is unimpressive, ambiance is pop music powered by a switch under one of tables, etc. Given this environment, you'd think it would at least be either a great deal or the best hole-in-the-wall food you've had, but no... The water dispenser wasn't even working when we were there so we had no drinks. One lady was a bit upset with the machine trying to get it to work. Once fixed, she tasted the water and said "not good", which I assume implies not filtered tap water. This place seems to be impressing people who don't have much experience eating at Vietnamese restaurants.
