First time trying it, the food is good overall. The service wasn't good, they took a long time to bring our order, and forgot our appetizer. They forgot it again, even after we reminded them, and finally got it after we had finished eating. We spent about two hours eating because it took them so long; I think they need to organize their waitstaff better.

A little dark inside but the koi pond is beautiful. Love the music that was playing and the volume was good. Might be loud for some. Looks like that have live music sometimes, will have to come back. My Thai tea was good topped with whipped cream (optional). Beautiful beef broth. Loved the lumpia good size for sharing or if you want keep them all yourself.

As a Pho place in El Paso, this place is spectacular! The koi pond is beautiful, alongside the seasonal decor… it made the 30 minute wait worthwhile! There were also many other people waiting to get in, so mind the wait time. The pho here is good- lots of meat and noodles! Traditionally, there are more vegetables, but for the price it is good! We paid $36 for two large bowls of combination pho. Reasonably sized as well!
