I didn’t expect to find such great ingredients in the Cleveland area—there was even seasonal firefly squid. I only ordered Omakase for takeout. The chef thoughtfully introduced each ingredient to me one by one, which was very considerate. The owner also said that next time I should make a reservation and sit at the bar for the Omakase experience, which would be even better.

Went for the counter omakase. Was wildly delicious. Did not get pictures of everything. 15 courses for a hundred bucks a person. Very pricey but very intimate

Update 2026 Fantastic omakase experience. Every piece was clean, balanced, and beautifully presented. The amaebi was sweet and delicate, the uni was fresh and creamy, and the tuna had excellent texture with precise knife work. The A5 wagyu nigiri topped with uni was incredibly rich and buttery without feeling heavy — a standout bite. What truly sets this place apart is not just the food, but the owner/chef’s passion. You can genuinely feel how much he loves what he does, and it shows in every detail. It’s inspiring to see a chef finally able to build his restaurant exactly the way he envisioned. Absolutely love this place! The sashimi is super fresh and well-cut—better than many sushi spots I’ve tried. The General Tao Chicken is crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced between sweet and spicy. Portions are generous, service is quick, and the staff is friendly. Definitely one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend!
