Service was phenomenal 🩷 My family and I’s first time dining here and we all got free drinks, helpful servers and workers, and great recommendations! You could customize a pasta bowl, salad bowl, or wrap - which I love because there’s no way to get a bad order! The loaded mac and cheese was AMAZINGGG. I enjoyed customizing my pasta bowl + the small size filled me up too :) All the toppings were fresh. Prices are reasonable and average The workers and serving style really made this place stand out 👏🤩

Extremely unfriendly service. Team very unprofessionsl. Put their finger in the pot of vegetables and then straight into their mouth. She thought that no one could see her. However, the food was very good!

Ordered online on 2/24 with a pick up time of 8:30pm. I arrived at the pick up window at 8:30 and a young woman named Madi told me to pull up. I waited outside for 20 minutes and watched two others cars receive their orders. I went inside and told them it’s been a while so I’ll wait inside and there was no customers. A young lady named Natalie handed me my food immediately. The ice in my drink was watered down so I could immediately tell the order was sitting for a while. I replaced my drink and went home. I got home and proceeded to eat my food and noticed there was no chicken actually in the wrap I waited 20 minutes outside for. I returned to the restaurant. A man who identified himself as “Chef Rich” said he was the manager. He was slightly dismissive of the situation, but offered to remake my food. As I was complaining to “Chef Rich”, Madi began to make comments under her breath mumbling things of the sort like “what is she even talking about”. So then I proceed to tell Natalie I appreciated her for handing me my food immediately. I then asked who was in charge of bringing the food outside, Madi identified herself as being in charge of food running. So I then asked why did I wait for 20 minutes for an order than was completed. she responded “I didn’t make your food”… I reassumed everyone I am highly upset about the entire situation. And you are in fault as well. (Mind you, I only spoke to her because she inserted herself in the conversation, when I was speaking to the manager I was speaking directly to him and identifying everyones role in the situation). The food being wrong and the extremely long wait. So my anger is directed towards the situation and anyone who played apart. I was denied any additional items due to my “behavior”. But my anger only escalated when Madi began mumbling things under her breath when I was talking to “Chef Rich” and Natalie. Highly recommend to not allow them to pull you up for an order because you’ll be forgotten about. The mistake on the wrap is upsetting as well but it would have gotten caught sooner if I wasn’t forgotten about. The lack of “fixing the issue” is also concerning as well. Waiting 20 minutes and missing your protein is extremely unacceptable and should warned more than a “re-make”. I know the staff will tell their bosses I was an “unruly” customer and completely dismiss Madi’s behavior of escalating the situation by mumbling things under her breath about me when not spoken to. But that’s fine.
