Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

The employees were kind and helpful. The food was great. The salads and pastas were good with crispy chicken. The calamari was also amazing.

Tried this place while visiting with my girlfriend. Was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Think, Italian burritos and you'd be on the right path. The food is fast, healthy, and appropriately portioned for the cost involved. We avocado chop salad and the BLT piada (shown). They also sell pastas though we did not have one on this trip. My missing star on the atmosphere is due to the seating being a little TOO modern for my taste. Wood and steel benches arranged in a weird variety of bars and tables that don't really appeal to me and feel cold and uninviting. That's my only complaint though of the entire experience.

Honestly, the food is amazing and is the main reason I keep coming back. However, the customer service could really use some improvement. The front staff often come across as rude or uninterested, and there’s rarely a greeting when you walk in. It’s disappointing because the team in the back seems great, but the ones at the counter — who customers interact with most — really affect the overall experience. Unfortunately we came last night though and had someone super rude up front. And the food was good until I almost ate a whole chicken bone.
