Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (20 stars if I could!) We came to Piccola Italia Restaurant on a whim, and the moment we walked in, we were instantly transported back to our hometown in upstate New York. The atmosphere was exactly what you hope for in a true Italian restaurant—people talking, laughing, and genuinely enjoying each other’s company. It felt warm, lively, and authentic. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the food somehow managed to be even better. We had the pasta fagioli, the Taste of Italy with three pastas, and for dessert, the cheesecake and the Italian almond rainbow cake—every single bite was incredible. What truly sets this place apart is the owner. He personally came to each table, talking with everyone and making you feel like family. That kind of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. We will come back here forever. Hands down, this is the best place I’ve eaten since moving to Florida in 2021. Piccola deserves far more than five stars—20 stars all the way! Sorry not too many pics as we gobbled up the food the second it hit the table!

First time at a local family owned place and IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. I got the seafood pasta and the most delicious pumpkin soup I have ever had in my life!!! A bottle of red was only $18. We will definitely be back.

The pasta really is homemade. The food is delicious and the service is friendly and attentive. This was our first time here and I can’t wait to come back. I had the largest most delicious calzone and my hubby had some amazing pasta. This is a true owner run Italian restaurant. Not a chain. All of our food was freshly made and really delicious.
