Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Pim’s Thai Orchid in Lebanon is one of those local gems that quietly does everything well. The menu is impressively broad — far beyond what you’d expect from a small, cozy space. You’ll find all the Thai classics, beautifully executed, alongside creative Japanese rolls and even comforting Vietnamese noodle soup bowls. It’s rare to see this level of variety done without sacrificing quality, but somehow they manage it effortlessly. The Thai dishes are vibrant and balanced — rich curries layered with flavor, fresh herbs that pop, and just the right amount of heat. The sushi rolls are thoughtfully prepared and fresh, offering both traditional options and playful fusion combinations. And when you’re craving something soothing, their Vietnamese-style noodle soups deliver that warm, aromatic comfort in every bite. The dining space itself is small and intimate, but the team makes it feel welcoming rather than cramped. They’re consistently accommodating, even during peak hours. And peak hours are frequent — their takeout business is always buzzing, which speaks volumes about how beloved they are in the community. What truly sets Pim’s apart, though, is the service. It’s always above and beyond — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. Whether you’re dining in or picking up a busy Friday night order, you’re treated like a valued regular. In a town like Lebanon, having a place that offers Thai, Japanese, and Vietnamese flavors under one roof — with consistency and heart — makes Pim’s a standout. It’s a go-to for comfort, flavor, and hospitality every time.

Top-3 restaurant in Hanover-Lebanon region. Much better than those mundane, equally or higher priced American restaurants in the area. Reasonably priced dishes. Ron is a nice and cool server. Here is not meant for large groups (>8 people), though. Downside is you probably meed to wait a bit for seats. Strongly recommend call ahead to reserve.

The beef pho was pretty good and we ordered second one. We also had Penang chicken Curry, it was mild spicy. It looks like a broth, I wish it was little more creamy not watery. But it still had good flavor. The orchid fried rice portion was small but the rice was sticky and delicious.
