Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This place is absolutely amazing. I’ll admit, I’m an “omnivore” and used to be very skeptical of vegan food. Pingala has singlehandedly encouraged me to reduce my meat intake by showing me how great vegan food can be. The servers are also SO friendly. It’s also a cool vibe inside. They play some super weird music but it kind of enhances the experience tbh

Delicious! I am not a vegetarian or vegan, though try to eat healthy. My wife and I both got wraps, which were fantastic and filling. The dumplings were fresh and delicious and essentially come with a salad. Their side sauces are top notch. Pleasant service.

We were so excited to see Pingala has a second location. The food truck set up inside is clever and cute. We also loved the local artist section in the back and we're excited to bring a piece home. We stopped in for breakfast to fuel us for a day of snowboarding at Bolton. As before the smoothie was incredible and we grabbed some pastries to go for special snacks on the mountain.
