We got Kheema samosas. Those were even worse than the frozen ones which we get at Indian stores lmao. Check the videos and photos, the Kheema is dropping out like dry powder. On top of that the waiter had an answer ready when we brought the point up, he mentioned the Kheema is dry and has a powder texture because when deep fried the water may splatter. That’s the most nonsensical answer I have ever heard in my life. I am originally from Mumbai and have been staying in NJ for over 5 years now. I have had Kheema samosas at various restaurants and never had this issue. If you know the problem why keep it in the menu and over charge for it? We tried Paneer Butter Masala and Butter Chicken. The Paneer had a taste of ready made tomato purée and butter chicken was a bit bland. I have been to Punjab as well. Honestly this place is a disgrace to North Indian food. I am shocked with all the other reviews, they seem a bit fake to me.

Absolutely love dining at Pintu’s! The food is flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced, with every dish tasting authentic and delicious. The restaurant has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and the staff is warm, helpful, and attentive. A must-visit for anyone craving great Indian food!

I've become a regular customer. What truly makes it outstanding to me is the quality, of the food and the excellent management and oversight of its owner, who truly cares about his customers, so often who become friends. If he ever volunteers to cook for you, definitely just say yes! Just when I think I've got my top five fav dishes, he cuz your non-canny capability to drop a new one into the top ranking for me. Highly recommended! :). - Dave S
