Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Quite good for New Jersey !!! Are there better option? 100% however this was surprisingly good. Great big portions that fill you up. Fresh vegetables, great meat, rice is amazing. The price is also quite reasonable. We had a take out and paid $125 for it. We took a lot! It was definitely a feast and we have leftovers for dayssss… My big problem with this problem is that of their shawarma, they use a tortilla… the mix platter is quite good!

The food is delicious (koshari!) and the selection is broad. Where else can you get a gyro platter and then a sweet crepe for dessert? The staff are friendly and pleasant—whether you're ravenous or simply just peckish, the Summit Pita Grill & Creperie will sate your hunger.

We ordered: Chicken Shawarma ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Juicy, flavorful Gyro Supreme ⭐️Unfortunately it’s so dry, and the sauce needs improvement. Crepes with Banana & Nutella 👍 Good! Overall, I’m glad this place exists, it has that Mediterranean-Middle Eastern street-food vibe that’s rare to find in New Jersey. We’ll definitely come back to try other dishes.
