Pita Pita Mediterranean Grill

I’ve lived in the area 10 years ago and this was my go to place for Mediterranean food, the food at that time was always great and owners and staff was always wonderful. I Visited a few days ago again, and it doesn’t only keeps up with awesome food, but with hospitality too. The person at the counter was nice and when I told him about us visiting after 10 years, he was delighted and even offered complimentary food, such acts of generosity are missing in this age. Whatever you eat here is delicious and portions are generous. If you haven’t been here, do visit and you won’t be disappointed.

Delicious! You know how you live near a restaurant for years, but haven't visited it before? Yup, I could have been eating this wonderful food for years! Super cute place with romantic light fixtures, but a nice mixed crowd of customers. There were couples, families, along with single folks enjoying the cuisine. There is a self-serve ordering station, probably handy if there is a long line. A friendly staff person volunteered to take our order when we stood puzzled before the self-serve station. Nice! Soda and water is from one of those new Coke dispenser machines with a touch screen. Took a minute to figure it out. You need to press the silver lever to fill your cup. Napkins, silverware, straws and sauces were also located in that niche (around the corner from the register). Ordered the mixed chicken plate and it was amazing--tender and full of flavor. Gently carmalized onions (soft, but not browned) were a yummy surprize. The yellow rice was super moist and the salad was terrific (great dressing with a hint of mint). Made a couple pita sandwiches and took home a ton of leftovers (very generous amount of food). Loved the way the food was plated and presented, felt very upscale. Just an overall great value and experience for healthy food!

First time here and I’ll definitely be back! Everything was delicious but I especially loved the beef shawarma. The staff was very friendly too!
