We had the absolute pleasure of dining at Pizza Carrello while visiting the area and exploring a potential move — and wow, this place completely exceeded every expectation. Pizza for us is never just food… it’s an experience. And Pizza Carrello delivered an experience that was memorable from start to finish. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip served with warm, soft, garlic-butter brushed dough that was shaped like a giant pull-apart pretzel. It was rich, comforting, and honestly good enough to be a meal on its own. Even someone who normally isn’t a spinach fan was going back for more. The Carnivore pizza was outstanding. The homemade San Marzano tomato sauce had incredible depth of flavor, the meats were generous (real chunks of bacon — not crumbles!), and the fresh pineapple we added brought the perfect balance of sweetness. The crust was beautifully textured — soft, flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. And then dessert… the Nutella calzone. Warm, decadent, perfectly sweet, and completely worth every single bite. Beyond the food, the service made the visit even more special. Janice was an absolute joy — warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the restaurant. She made us feel welcomed rather than simply served, and that kind of hospitality is rare. Learning that Pizza Carrello began as a small food truck and grew into the beautiful restaurant it is today made the experience even more meaningful. You can truly feel the heart behind this place. If you are anywhere near Gillette, this is a must-visit. We will absolutely be back — and if our move becomes official, Pizza Carrello will quickly become a regular stop for us. Highly recommend. 🍕✨ check out our blog for the full review. Lifestylio

What a Gem in Gillette, this place is incredible huge in size, took care of our party of 12, and the Pizza is absolutely incredible! I'll say definitely in my top 3 the crust and toppings were delicious and the desert pizza was out of this world!!! Highly recommend!!!

My teacher recommended Pizza Carrello when I asked about a good place to eat in Gillette. It wasn't very busy when we got there but was rapidly filling up when we left. Our server was excellent and when I asked what she would recommend, she suggested several pizzas and we chose A Pizza My Heart which was delicious! We also chose Herb's Heavenly Little Sins for dessert. They were absolutely amazing! I think next time I go there I will order them again. Our server was excellent as was our meal and we had a very positive experience! If you are looking for great pizza, I would recommend Pizza Carrello.
