It’s a very cute and small little vegan restaurant. The taco plate is small but filling. The beans were also amazing, I highly recommend. I like that there are so many protein options as well for the tacos. I chose the mushrooms since the asada and carnitas have either a soy based protein or soy sauce. I also tried the horchata and churros with ice-cream and both were DELICIOUS. Overall the vibe is sort of a blend of modern Mexican minimalism with a dash of new age and oldies music. A little loud for my comfort level—I have sensory issues especially with noise—which might have been due to the high ceiling but I honestly think if you’re not autistic you’ll be fine. The staff were all welcoming, nice and treated the restaurant like a community space. They all made an effort to get to know the customers and they seemed like very lovely people. I arrived about 30 min before closing and they kept the kitchen open for me to have desert even after hours. Only downside is the parking situation. Very tiny driveway, with minimal spaces and some people were blocking the spaces when I got there (probably Uber Eats and door dash drivers). So you’ll probably have to park on the street. Other than that, the food was delicious and I really think I found a gem.

10/10 stars! This place just so happened to pop up on my TikTok feed while I’m visiting in Long Beach and immediately knew I had to go try it. I’ve been vegan for almost 2 years and the only food I truly miss is authentic Mexican food… well this more than satisfied the craving!! Best Mexican food I have had in the United States!! Best chips and salsa, best tacos, amazing burrito, and the Horchata was delicious! Highly recommend. Please keep this place in business so I can go when I visit California 3-4x per year!!

Absolutely phenomenal. You cannot go wrong with a single thing on the menu. The Al pastor and asada burritos were both bomb. The chips and salsa (especially the red salsa) are amazing, and the ribs were so creative and yummy!! We will definitely be back!
