I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 7:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 8:00 PM, but the doors were already locked. The employees inside looked directly at me, did not acknowledge me, and even laughed, shrugged shoulders, which was extremely unprofessional and humiliating. I walked back to my car feeling embarrassed, but my wife encouraged me to go back and knock. When I did, an employee finally came to the door, but it felt like she only did so because she was forced to. She told me their system “closes 5 minutes early.” If the business closes before the posted time, that should be clearly communicated. I was there before that cutoff, yet they chose to lock the door, ignore a customer, and one continued to eat product during hours while the store is still “ opened “ while their customer were upset outside. This was terrible customer service, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I’m very disappointed in how this situation was handled. Over the top frustrated, will be getting a call tomorrow!
