Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Love everything about this place. Mango bowls are great..Mucho Mango (sub bananas for strawberries) is my favorite and the service is always so good! My new found hidden gem 🥰 especially when I have a sweet tooth. And they have a good rewards system. (FYI found out today that the mango base they use is completely organic!) Get you some!

The mermaid fuel juice is delicious, but I will not be back. For some reason, the manager (I think) has tried on two separate visits to get me or my husband to order a bottled juice instead of fresh juice on the menu. Even if people like it more as he claims, it’s ridiculous to try to heavily dissuade someone from ordering a menu item and getting them to order a bottled juice so they don’t have to make something. I can’t believe this happened twice and makes me not want to come back to be talked out of/informed of how much better the bottled juices are.

I visited this location last night and I will never come back again. I am a very loyal customer and eat here probably 3 times a week. I went inside to order a bowl last night and the two ladies working looked like they were annoyed by me walking in. I go stand at the counter. I don’t get greeted..they just look at me. Right after a couple walks in and they immediately ask how can we help you. Mind you I’m still standing at the counter waiting to order. They proceed to get the couples to go order and after finally ask what I want. I must have mistakenly said açaí. I usually get 1/2 mango 1/2 pitaya. When I see her making it I said oh I didn’t want açaí I wanted mango. She just stares at me…rolls her eyes and proceeds to ring me for a $10 bowl of mango base…after I’ve already paid $16 for the bowl I never got… I walked out.
