The staff is very friendly and answer any questions you have and make excellent recommendations! I got the Electric Mermaid bowl and tasted the new matcha base that's available for Spring. The fruit is fresh and I saw at least my kiwi being cut up right in front of me(I was chatting with the other employee about stickers!) If they aren't busy, definitely ask about the stickers! I will definitely be coming back.

Playa Bowls was AMAZING! From the moment I walked in, the service was top-tier. I wish I remembered the employee’s name because she was seriously fantastic—so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful explaining the menu and helping me decide what to get. You can tell she really cares about the customer experience. I ended up ordering the Bae Bowl and WOW… it was exceptional. Super fresh, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best bowls I’ve had. Everything tasted high-quality and made with care. Great vibes, great service, and even better food. Mary was so sweet and helpful today! I come here very often, and all of the staff is always incredibly kind and great at what they do. The atmosphere is always clean and I’m always happy when I leave. My one critique is that there might need to be an extra someone at lunch time as it randomly gets busy often around 1pm. Everyone always does their best to get orders out ASAP though!!
