The young lady who welcomed me and invited me to join the rewards program was so delightful. It’s rare today to find such a gem of a customer service person, to be perfectly honest. The ladies that made the food were also professional and kind. I’m so glad I finally gave Playa Bowls a try! My husband and I will definitely order again

I never have an issue at this location. Always greeted with smiles with a fast and speedy wait.The only concern I would say is that my bowl had a few gaps in it from it not being filled as much but that could’ve been from the large foot traffic. Still delicious.
