Playa Bowls

The girls got my last two orders wrong and I placed them online, where they could read the order. Disappointed at that. Then last weekend I went in and ordered 3 bowls for my family. It took them about a half hour to make them. They all came out runny and one of them was only half full. I can't stand paying $45 each time I order and these kids getting my order wrong or not up to the quality I am use to with Playa Bowls. Then the kids have the audacity to turn the register screen around and expect a tip every time. I dont want to be shook down for tips. You are charging enough for acai. Pay your employees appropriately. This place is owned by private equity afaik and not the same quality as when they first opened. My daughter is allergic to dairy and these people even put whey protein in one of her bowls before. Luckily we caught it. West Chester has a variety of acai bowl options so I think it is time for me to move on. You don't get to mess up my order on 3+ visits and expect me to return.

I love Playa West Chester! I grew up in West Chester and while I don't live there anymore, I go back to get my haircut and meet with clients weekly. I always make sure to visit Playa and bring it home for the family as much as I can. It has a great welcoming family environment as well and never feel like its an inconvenience to bring our baby.

My family and I visited the store this weekend while they were in town. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as we walked in. Our food came out in a timely manner and was so fresh! We definitely will be returning!
