Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Recommended as a must try spot by a local friend. The restaurant looks like a palace with many intricate details in architecture and a feeling of peace as you dine. Large menu lots of options. I ordered boneless ribs and general tso. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely some of the best American Chinese food outside of San Francisco/NYC. Highly recommend!!

The family went here after an afternoon RPI hockey game on Saturday. Arrived about 5:30 PM and had no wait for seating 5 people. The food was excellent. I had the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce combination plate which came with an egg roll, fried rice, shrimp and sauce. It was delicious. Wife had the General Tso's Chicken combination plate which she raved about. Everyone else (daughter and grandkids) thought the food was great. Service was superb. Small appetizer and tea came quickly. Ordered drinks meal which arrived and everyone's person's entre arrived at the same time. The waiter remembered who ordered what and place the meals in front of the correct person. Atmosphere and decorations are enchanting and give you the feeling your in an authentic Chinese restaurant.

This was the best meal we've had in so long. Everything was screaming hot and so fresh. Not greasy at all and the chicken had a light breading while being perfectly crispy on the outside and so tender and light inside. The dumplings we got as an appetizer were the perfect combination of fluffy and soft outside with an awesome crisp on one side. The meat was so tender and flavorful. I would give this place 100 stars if I could. The portions were so generous and filling with totally reasonable prices. We got an order of dumplings (5), two chicken combination dinners (which came with a big bowl of amazing soup), and hot tea and it was only $47! (And I have enough left over for lunch tomorrow) We will definitely be coming back in the near future and recommend this place to everyone!!
