Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This review also makes me sad to write. The people who work here are so lovely and it is a family run business. The problem is the food just wasn’t great for us. I’ve gone more than once and ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. The chicken seems like very low quality. I find myself walking away, not feeling very happy with my meal after eating there. Also, the fish tank is bare, and those poor little fish have nothing to swim around in. It is a little depressing.

Best poke bowl I’ve had in a long time. A lot of poke places seem to be giving out more fish but cutting quality of the fish drastically. Here they do give less fish which I am fine with and it’s better quality. That being said it is on the pricier side at $21 for a small bowl and drink. For the extra $3 or so dollars over other poke places I’d say as long as they don’t cut back on fish quality in the future it’s worth it.

Poke We is our go to Poke spot in Lakewood. Their ingredients are fresh and bowls are fairly priced (my small was only $12). I typically get veggie bowls -pictured- as I’m currently pregnant, but my husband often gets their tuna and salmon and has shared that it’s always good quality!
