The food was so delicious! I got a spicy pasta with chicken! My husband got some type of pesto gnocchi with house made sausage! We were both very happy with our meal. I will say the wait was kinda long, but that just means they are making it fresh! My main complaint about this place is how small it is. Most people were doing take out and some people had to stand outside or go wait in their car. Definitely not the best sit down environment. But the service was really good and the food well worth the wait. As for price… expect to pay about it $30 per person if you are wanting a full portion of food, a drink, and a dessert. They do offer half portions.

Wow is my 1st impression. I finally got a chance to check this place out. And glad I had the opportunity to do so. I also got the pleasure to meet Caroline the owner. A very sweet and straight forward person that gives very informative information about the dishes if asked. Also an upbeat attitude in customer service. Which is very welcoming. I ordered 2 dishes. The 1st was the signature dish which the place is named after, the pomodoro. Its a penne noodle pasta with a light and vibrant tomato sauce. With some fresh basil, a hint of garlic and lastly extra virgin olive oil. Its complimented with some fresh focaccia bread. (Salivating while typing this! So good for my 1st time eating this.) 😋 Next we have the obvious, and turns out....rightfully so, lasagna!!!! My god to in any pasta joint. It is a (words taken from menue for exact description of dish) slow-simmered beef/pork rags style sauce, layered with creamy bèchamel...(Béchamel is a classic French "mother sauce" made from a simple mixture of butter, flour (forming a roux), and milk, seasoned with nutmeg and pepper, creating a rich, creamy white sauce used as a base for many dishes like lasagna, mac and cheese, and gratins. It's a foundational sauce in cooking, known for its silky texture and versatility in building other complex flavors.) sauce, for di latte mozzarella and parmigiano-reggiano cheese. And baked fresh daily until out. (So hurry in for this dish. Its amazing. And coming from "THIS FOODIE " im going to recommend this highly!!!!! I was told buy Caroline that they order most ingredients locally. (I forgot the specific items but she'll be glad to tell ya if asked.) Another cool thing is how authentic this place is ran. I did overhear that at this day of the visit, they were out of calamari. And the reason is because the order they got wasn't "up to par" and they decided to not serve it. And ordered somewhere else. That means a lot to me, being a customer. She wants nothing but the best and is very transparent doing so. Thats massive respect to the customers and to the business they are trying to build here. And speaking of here.... she informed me that they're looking into expanding to a bigger place for their 2nd shop here in the near future. So... they're manifesting bigger things for great falls to enjoy a great italian, authentic, restaurant. That if you know..... we desperately need in this town!!!! So in ending..... I've tried 2 dishes ... and am super excited to try everything there. Caroline and her crew is doing a great job. And is adjusting very well to accommodate them along with their customers. And the transparency is very welcoming and respectful in my opinion. I hope nothing but the best for this place! And am looking forward to my next few visits. ✌️👍

I got the Truffle Cacio E Pepe full size and had the same experience as another review. I paid $18 for a full size that was filled maybe half the container. I would have been fine with this if the flavor was amazing but it tasted like plain noodles and some pepper. No cheese, no truffle flavor, and it was more watery than creamy. I also saw in the other review that he got bread with his pasta, and I didnt. I'm not sure if that's a limited time only thing because it's not on the menu that I saw, but if we paid the same amount I would have liked some bread too 😅 Staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean. Just some disappointing pasta for the price.
