Come here often for lunch during work and Randy always does such an EXCELLENT job. Keeps the line moving fast, makes great sandwiches, keeps the shop VERY clean, and great customer service. I don't know what he's being paid but I know he deserves more

I don’t know what I expected from a gas station Port of Subs, but definitely not this level of disrespect. I placed an order for a sandwich and set the pick up time for an hour after I submitted it. When I arrived, not only was the entire kitchen a visible mess from the ordering area, but there was no one behind the counter. There was a block of cheese just sitting on a cutting board, but zero human life beyond that. I waited around for a bit as I was on my lunch break, and did not see a single person come out of the back or around to check on things. I ended up leaving without my order as I had to go back to work. I normally don’t complain like this, but to disrespect people’s time and money is not okay. There were zero signs up indicating a possible closure, and when I called the store’s number to maybe get someone’s attention, my calls were ignored. Do better.
