Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I had the Dagwood, and mom got the Philly Cheese Steak. Both are delicious and plenty enough to fill you up at reasonable prices. If you're ever in Clemson South Carolina any time, stop in at Pot Belly Deli for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Friendly staff, clean, great food, reasonable prices.

We catered Potbelly Sandwiches for an office lunch & learn, and it was a huge hit! Everything arrived right on time, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the sandwiches were absolutely amazing. Fresh, flavorful, and a crowd-pleaser across the board. I can’t say enough great things about the owner, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Top-notch service from start to finish. Highly recommend— you won’t regret it!

The PBD has been around a long time and although it changed locations, it did not change what made them a fan favorite. Hot and cold sandwiches, fresh bagels (my wife loves the lox). I recommend the Dagwood for cold and St. Stephen for hot. Staff is friendly and service is quick with a fair price point.
