This food deserves way more attention! At first, I didn’t know what to expect since it’s so different from anything I’ve ever tried, but I’m so glad I went for it. The flavors were absolutely incredible and so well balanced. The braised bison was rich and tender, the cold-smoked salmon added an amazing smoky depth, and the fresh vegetables with their light, savory sauce tied everything together beautifully on the fry bread. It’s not like typical restaurant food — it’s better, fresher, and truly memorable. If you love trying new flavors, don’t hesitate — you’ll be so glad you did. I can’t wait to come back, and next time I’ll definitely order extra smoked salmon!
